Hi guys, I have had my original iPhone to use the MobileScrobbler using Last.fm. Is it possible to do the same using an iPhone 3G?

If so, can someone give me a general idea on how to do so? I'd prefer a more detailed step-by-step instruction if possible

there's a last.fm app in the app store. it doesn't scrobble while you listen to music in the ipod, but it does when you use the app to listen to music.

the last fm app does scrobble (kind off). found this out by accident.
I also have the desktop app installed on my mac this is popssibly why.
when I sync my phone in itunes it (and Last.fm is running) it seems to know whats been listened to, in the Last.fm preferances you can set up an ipod as a partner.
wheather this is to do with the iphone app or the mac app I dont know, al I know is one of them keeps a tab on what I listen to during the day and then when I sync up comes a box asking if I want to scrobble.

Yeah I tried settting it as a partner and it wouldn't scrobble an iPhone. For an ipod nano it works though, kinda weird.
