    Just wondering, it seems that we have a video conferencing software, that it may be possible to make a video capture app. I think that if we can use the 2 mp camera for this it would be awesome.

    they have a device out that uses mirrors to make this work. they actually released the software it uses too. as previously stated though, it's only 1 fps and is in a very early beta stage... but cool none the less.

    I think the baseband chip is supposed to have hardware support for MPEG4 encoding. If someone can get access to that, video shouldn't be a problem.

    no its not. There was a huge discussion on this, on this forum, awhile back. although video confrencing is possible, video capture is not.
