Hi all, I've done a search around the forum and found no answer or whatsoever to this:

I'm not a hardcore Notes user (the vanilla Notes.app that comes with the iPhone), but since upgrading to 1.1.4, my notes aren't saved anymore, nor they can be deleted.

I'm wondering if it could be an issue regarding the permissions.

    Any pointers appreciated, thanks!

Did you jailbreak with ZiPhone? If so, what version?

Yes, ZiPhone 2.5 for Mac. My phone has the 3.9 BL, and I restored to 1.1.4 before ziphoning.

Yes, the issue is permissions. SSH into your phone and type: chmod 4755 /Applications/MobileNotes.app/MobileNotes

    That'll fix you up.
Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

I thought so... Is there a more general fix for this? I just realised that my TouchPad (the vnsea based software) isn't storing my servers either, and I really don't know if anything else is not working properly.

Edit: I also turned verbose boot mode on, and it prints some lines complaining about db files that used to be on the /var/root directory not found, I guess it's another side effect from the 1.1.3 change. Any way to fix that too?
