The built-in volume limit setting only works when using headphones. Is there a tweak that will work on the built-in speakers too?

    Thanks! ☺☺☺☺

the purpose of the limit is to stop people from breaking their eardrums when in "direct range" i.e. earphones to the sound. I can not think of a reason you would want to put a limit on the speakers unless you are fed up of your child blasting out music during family gatherings or something.
Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

The other day I nearly blew my internal speaker cause I had played a song with heavy bass by accident at max volume. I had taken the phone out of my car (where the volume limiter works) and somehow the volume got raised to the max and I started playing the song. Lucky it didn't blow but had it played for more than the 2 seconds it did it probably would have. The volume limiter working on the internal speaker would have saved my butt.
