    I wrote a plutil in Perl so I could convert DisplayOrder.plist and access backup files.

    It runs on Windows and should run on Linux.

    It doesn't use the OS X plutil arguments but instead takes a single file as input and converts it to the opposite text or binary format and outputs the result under a new name.

    Doesn't support all plist types yet.

    New version 1.1 supports date types, fixes real binary byte order.
