I am about to pull my hair out!! Haha.

I had an iPhone until the beginning of this month when my contract ended and I "upgraded" to a Samsung Eternity (which I hate). I was WONDERING if I jailbreak my iPhone and then put the sim in it from my eternity, will I be able to access data using the unlimited data plan that is on my family plan? I would love to be able to use the unlimited data family plan that I am paying for on my iPhone (which I love)! I have already stuck the sim in and could text and I didn't check calls, but I'm assuming I could.

By the way, it is an iPhone 2G if that matters. =]

No, AT&T makes you buy the iPhone data plan if you want legit data through them... So it'll be another $20/month on your bill, I believe.
