    Well today I was using EDGE until about 9pm CST I was using Edge perfectly. I switched to WiFi for a few hours and just now when I went back to EDGE, I lost the blue E, and no internet.

    I'm using the epc setting with the t-zones plan. Does anyone know if this is an outage or if I've lost it for good?

    Okay, this is kind of weird but I just got the blue E back, and in the carrier spot where it used to say T-Mobile, it says it in a different font.

    Very strange.

    EDIT- And I just lost the E again. lol

    I have edge lost it and got it back after I called tmobile but my carrier logo font is more squished together too.

    Demetria C: Michael, if we lose service then it can cause the Edge to disappear, once the signal is strong then the Edge will appear again.

    Demetria C: Thank you for that information, may I suggest that you power your device off at least every 72 hours for 30 seconds.
