    Hey guys,

Does a wifi connection on the iphone via web2go unlimited use up data plan allowance? I would think not, but I just want to be safe.

I still can't believe unlimited web2go is really not unlimited in which it is capped at 100mb.

    Thanks

Web2Go isn't capped at 100mb, I would know because I've been streaming over Pandora.

How often do you stream on pandora?

Do you know how many MB's are used in 1 hr of straight streaming?

    Thanks

I stream HQ Audio (hardly HQ, 128kbps) so it uses about 55mb per hour. Half that for the lower quality mono-audio.

Give it some time to register I suppose. Check under usage on your iPhone for yourself.

I just checked and it showed 4:10pm as having less than 1 mb.

I used it for an hour between 3pm and 4pm.

Why would t-mobile say that it's up to 100mb if it weren't so? Also what is supposed to happen after they cap it? Do you know what it costs per mb afterwards? thanks

The cap is 10GB and they just throttle you after the 10GB.
