I just jb and unlocked my 3gs. Installed my t-mobile sim and works fine but can't help but think that there is something else that needs to be done.

    Current Tmobile plan:
1500 talk, unlimited text and android data service.

Is there anything I need to do at this point? I have been reading about carrier bundles but do i really need it.

Set your APN, MMS info, and think about bankruptcy, because that's one HELLUVAPLAN.

Switch over to a T-Zones plan, do this by logging into my tmobile, clicking "Not my device"

Pick a samsung gravitiy and add web2go, which is 9.99

after that proceed to change your APN settings to "internet2.voicestream.com"

    profit??

yes should DEF save you money, can't believe youre paying 25$ a month for android internet

anyways, i wouldnt do this anytime soon, people from the west coast/texas are complaining that tmobile has patched this hack, no confirmation is official yet but i hope there is no patch check here for more information: http://modmyi.com/forums/t-mobile/72...ml#post5395907

To my knowledge, they have NOT patched the web2go hole, which is different to the prepaid issue we're talking about in the other thread. web2go is not free, the prepaid one is.
