The emulators usually work too. I've had a snes one installed using my dev account on a stock iPhone.

Ok. How do I get a developer license or if I know someone with one can I use theirs?

    Is there a tutorial?

He's correct, although you're not going to be able to install stuff that depends on a legitimate jailbreak (iFile, themes, SpringBoard tweaks, etc.). Remember though, you need to have the IPA signed with a developer profile, otherwise this won't work at all.
Would someone be willing to post MusicBox ipa signed?

A developer license costs $99.99. You're gonna have to pay for it unless you happen to know somebody that has a developer license.

Sounds like he actually has to install it on my phone, not just sign and send me an ipa file.

Hi, if a developer wants you to test his app, then he will email you the mobile provisioning profile and the signed ipa. You then click on the mobile provisioning profile attachment in the email on your iPhone and it will install it. The ipa will need to be saved onto your PC, selected with iTunes and synced across as usual.

Then why wouldn't there be a signed one available for download?
