    1. Remove phone and headset from dock
    2. Turn off headset and iPhone
    3. Power up iPhone
    4. In Settings->General->Bluetooth unpair your headset(s)
    5. Turn off Bluetooth
    6. Press the home button to return to the main screen
    7. Press and hold the home button and the lock button until you get the apple logo then release (it may prompt for power off, blank the screen etc, keep holding)
    8. While your phone is restarting, power up the bluetooth headset
    9. Hold the button on the bluetooth headset for about 10 seconds until you hear 5 rapid beeps
    10. On iPhone, return to the Settings->General->Bluetooth and turn on bluetooth
    11. Wait for you headset to appear in the list
    12. Click on it, then enter the PIN 0000
