Is your phone on 1.1.4 & unlocked using ziphone method? If yes, add iphone.unlock.no in "Sources" and install "ziphone ibrickr fix" under "Unlocking Tools". That works for me.

Its the same for 1.1.3 as it is for 1.1.4. I had the same issue until I installed "ZiPhone iBrickr Fix". You are jailbroken but iNdependence/iBrickr etc. doesn't see your phone as jailbroken.

Do what inspireGS suggested, it worked for me on 1.1.3 and 1.1.4

    cheers,
