I am aware that the general answer is NO, but have read about different apps such as fuzzyband that are made to downgrade basebands. I have an iPhone 4. It is currently on 03.10.01 baseband running OS 4.2.1. I have blobs saved for 4.1 on this. Is there any conceivable way I could downgrade back to 4.1 and find some program that would be compatible with it to downgrade the baseband to something ultrasn0w could unlock?

There are no programs that exist to do what you asked with the baseband, but you can downgrade back to 4.1 with Tiny Umbrella, Baseband won't change though

Isn't that what fuzzyband or whatever is supposed to do? Downgrade baseband on 4.1 or lower?
