I recently installed PDANET on my phone and it asked me to respring. But once I resprung, my phone came up like this when I followed the steps. (select a wifi and proceed) (ignore the bars in the top left, I got this image from google. In the top left it says no service, but I can still see the badges on the Messages app go up everytime I get a new text.)

I can't activate by connecting to iTunes because I get this error

I attempted to restore through DFU mode but I get this error.

I can access the springboard by using SBSettings and clicking "more" but the only app that is possible to open is "Phone". I am trying to use TinyUmbrella but everytime I open it, it says "TinyUmbrella: Verifying Libraries..." then it just closes.

I don't know what else to try. I have deleted the line in Hosts and restarted my computer but no luck. I tried to restore on another computer I have and I am having no luck. Can anyone help me?

Not sure what the first error is, but the 3194 is a incorrect/older firmware error. Do you have the latest iTunes? Recovery mode and click restore should do it.

Should I just hit restore and not shift+click?

pdanet should work fine on iOS 6. I have it installed on both iPhone 4 and 4s running 6.1.2. However, it may conflict with other tweaks that you have.

You can try to fix this without restoring by uninstalling Cydia packages under safe mode one at a time starting with the latest package. To boot under safe mode, hold up volume (+) button while rebooting the iphone. Then, launch Cydia->Manage->Packages. Good luck

Only way to unlock an iPhone 4 on newer firmwares is official unlock. Your first step is finding out which carrier it is locked to.

Try holding both buttons down past powerdown and past reboot and see.

I have given up. You cannot recover the current firmware and you have to restore to the latest firmware from apple.
Which is easy, just hold both power and home button together until you see the itune logo (or if it is black screen of DFU mode)
and plug in itune (if you have mess around with the host file, use another computer or fix it)
you will be able to restore the device to latest firmware.
